We decided to leverage the messenger objective, utilizing chatbots to engage with potential prospects immediately, creating instant appointment booking possible.

EXECUTION
Recognizing the effectiveness of video content on Facebook Ads, Kispar Venture chose to include captivating videos exclusively within their ad campaign.
To diversify our approach, we also incorporated clickable links within the ads, allowing us to engage two different types of audiences.
The hook for attracting prospects was a compelling offer: a free list of homes in the desired region.
To prioritize lead quality, we strategically designed the chatbot flow to first ask qualifying questions before requesting contact information.
This approach minimized time wastage for unqualified leads and ensured that all contact information collected for Century Real Estate was highly qualified.
Additional screening questions were included to further filter out low-quality leads and maximize the quality of acquired leads.

RESULTS
To reach a wide audience, Kispar Venture designed an ad that cut through the noise, capturing the attention of the right prospects.
The incorporation of qualifying questions within the chatbot ensured that lower-quality leads were filtered out. While the qualification process naturally reduced lead volume, this was not a significant concern for Century Real Estate, as their primary focus was on acquiring qualified leads rather than sheer quantity.
Over a span of just six days, the campaign yielded an impressive total of 112 leads, surpassing expectations for a new landing page and ad account. Among these leads, eight individuals not only qualified but also provided to be the ICPs that Century Real Estate sought, further enhancing the campaign's success and delivering tangible deals.
One of the standout achievements of Kispar Venture's campaign was the remarkable 84% drop in the cost per lead. Through the strategic implementation of chatbot technology, meticulous testing, and optimization, Kispar Venture achieved an exceptional level of cost efficiency too.
