West

Challenge

District One West, an iconic development located next to a crystal clear man-made lagoon, the complex includes luxury villas, creating the perfect combination of comfort and luxury lifestyle and enveloping the atmosphere of a tropical resort. The Capital Dubai required a compelling brand and an exceptional online experience to complement its impressive stature. Drawing upon our proficiency in uncovering the distinctive narrative behind each architectural masterpiece, and our track record in crafting unique branding and marketing strategies for numerous commercial real estate ventures, Kispar Ventures was the natural choice for their assistance.

Solution

For the District One West by Meydan Group project, Kispar adopted an innovative approach to enhance its online presence. Our strategy involved incorporating a plethora of striking renderings, exuding drama and allure. The website design showcased large panels of vibrant colors and expressive typography, effectively augmenting the visual impact of the renderings.
 

Results

As a remarkable outcome, the project garnered an astounding 3,000 page views within just the inaugural month of its launch. Alongside the mobile website, we seamlessly integrated various marketing and sales support elements, ensuring a comprehensive and compelling digital experience for potential buyers and investors.
 

Google Ads: During the months of April and May, we achieved a significant 42.9% reduction in the total volume of unqualified leads generated through search. Remarkably, the cost per qualified lead remained relatively stable, with only a marginal increase of 3.2%. This was achieved while maintaining the overall volume of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects for the District One West Project.

Facebook Ads: Over the initial 5 months, our strategic approach produced outstanding results for The Capital Dubai. We witnessed a remarkable decrease of 71.8% in the total cost per qualified lead, making the advertising efforts significantly more efficient. Simultaneously, the total volume of qualified leads experienced an astounding increase of over 550%. This exceptional performance reflects our ability to attract a large number of qualified prospects at a significantly lower cost, fueling the success of the project.

Other Achievements-

  1. A staggering 104% increase in click-through rate (CTR) for prospecting audiences demonstrated the effectiveness of engaging creatives in capturing the attention of potential customers who were previously unaware of District One West's offerings.

  2. For retargeting audiences, there was a notable 29% increase in CTR, indicating the success of reaching higher-intent users who had previously interacted with the website but hadn't made an appointment yet.

  3. Blended audiences, which combined prospecting and retargeting efforts, saw an impressive 59% increase in CTR. This approach proved to be highly effective in driving interest and engagement from both new and returning visitors.
     

The implementation of compelling direct response creatives played a pivotal role in enticing new users and piquing curiosity, leading them to explore District One West's offerings further. Additionally, retargeting strategies using powerful testimonial ads and gentle reminders resulted in increased conversions and purchases.
 

As a result of this targeted and effective creative strategy, District One West experienced a remarkable 149% surge in appointments booked through Facebook ads, showcasing the campaign's overall success and positive impact on the project's marketing efforts.
